Cal-20 Sailing Lessons

The Waikiki Yacht Club is fortunate to have experienced coaches at the helm of the the Cal-20 Adult Sailing Program:

Custom programs or single lessons for beginners are available in the Club’s Cal-20's.

$130 per lesson for WYC members
$180 per lesson for non-members

Cal-20 half-day or full-day rentals are available for WYC Members who have completed a course and/or certification and have sufficient sailing expertise.

The Club’s basic sailing program is approximately 12 hours. It consists of four 3-hour lessons on the water off Waikiki and Diamond Head. Topics covered in these classes include: seamanship, terminology, knot-tying, rules of the road, navigation, and boat maintenance.
